Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. In case of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
General Information
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you via call and/or email.
- Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1–3 working days from the date of your order.
- Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.
- Processing Time includes order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center within 1–3 days after the order is placed.
- Shipping Time refers to the time taken for items to reach from our fulfillment center to your delivery address. Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days.
- Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
- Delivery dates may vary depending on courier practices, delivery location, mode of delivery, and the items ordered.
- Products may be delivered in separate shipments in some cases.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- A ₹75 COD charge applies to all COD orders.
- No free shipping is available on COD orders.
