Damaged or Wrong Products
In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may choose either:
- A replacement, or
- A refund
To schedule an exchange or refund, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the package at contact@trcreation.com along with:
- Your order number
- Exchange or refund request details
- Clear images of the product received
Exchange Conditions
- All products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact
- Replacement products will be dispatched within 7–10 working days at no additional cost
- If the requested exchange product is out of stock, the amount will be refunded as cash
- For combo products, the entire combo pack must be returned
- Returns or exchanges are not applicable on bulk or corporate orders
Packaging Issues
If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and return it to the delivery executive.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated once we receive the product in untampered condition
- Customers can choose to receive the refund via:
- TR Creation Store Credit, or
- Paytm, Razorpay, or Bank Transfer
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:
- Items involving personal hygiene (such as cosmetics, eye masks, socks, steel straws, etc.)
Such exclusions are clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.
Sale & Clearance Items
- For orders placed during a sale, only the amount paid will be refunded—not the current product price
- Shipping charges applied during sale purchases are non-refundable
- For clearance products, please contact us immediately upon delivery to claim any exchange or refund
Unsatisfactory Product Quality
If you are unsatisfied with the product quality:
- The product may be replaced or refunded
- The customer must self-ship the product
- All shipping costs will be borne by the customer
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel an Order
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order
- Please email contact@trcreation.com with your order number in the subject line
Cancellation After Dispatch
- If the order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery
- Inform us via email about the same
- If cancelled after dispatch:
- Shipping charges will not be refunded
- If shipping was unpaid, a ₹60 cancellation charge will be applicable
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only for damaged or defective products
- Applicable for both Prepaid and COD orders
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method
- For COD orders, customer bank details will be required
- Refunds will be completed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds can also be issued via Paytm
Payment Policy
TR Creation accepts all major Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and digital payment methods. Available payment options for your location will be displayed at checkout.
Disclaimer
- Product images displayed on the website are graphical representations; slight variations in shade or color may occur
- TR Creation is not responsible for damage caused after product usage
- Customers are advised to clarify product details by emailing us before placing an order
Fraud Alert Notice
Beware of fraudulent calls or messages.
TR Creation never conducts lucky draws or asks for OTPs, account details, or money transfers.
If you receive such communication, please report it to local authorities or the online FTC complaint assistant.
